Payment

 

All payments in the Islands Of Time Fine Arts & Gifts are SECURELY done through PayPal. Payment for your order is due at time of purchase. If you want to pay by credit card but don’t have a PayPal account, just choose the option ‘PayPal’ and click the option ‘pay by credit card’ on the PayPal site. You can also pay by check on the PayPal site. No PayPal Account Required.

 Shipping

NEW – All shipping, excluding Special RUSH orders, is now the same fee~ $10.00! 

IMPORTANT: We can only ship to the address you type into PayPal. Please check to be sure it is correct and confirmed.  We ship USPS with delivery confirmation. We will contact you with your tracking number after shipping your order. We usually get the items packed and shipped within 5-10 business days of payment. If we are going to be longer, we will contact you. Please let us know if you need it rushed and we will give you a quote for the extra charge.

 Returns

 Your satisfaction is important to us. Please consider carefully before purchasing. We will consider returns on a case by case basis. If you experience a problem let us know here.

 Custom Orders

We welcome any questions or comments you may have about any item in our studio. If you want to place a custom order feel free to Contact us.

NOTE: Online Custom Orders are LIMITED to different colors or sizes of any Beaded Jewelry Piece and full payment is made when the order is placed. The order will be created and a picture of the item will be sent to you via email. The item will not be shipped until you have approved it via email. If you are not happy with the picture you can request a refund and the item will not be shipped. Refunds will be processed through PayPal.
